Rahat Taslim is a that women who win this prize.Her biography in such a way that she was married in her life early so due to this she discontinued her studies due to some unaviodable circumstances.But after all this,Rahat always kept her head and spirits high and kept dreaming about her own boutique.She also updated herself by current affairs.She was giving tailoring tutions as a help in income of the family.
